The Institute of Wellness Medicine has been recognized as a center of excellence and as an approved training provider by The Complementary Medical Association (CMA). The Complementary Medical Association primary aim is to promote ethical, responsible, professional complementary medicine to the public and the medical profession. The organization has been established for over 25 years and they work closely with conventional medicine by sharing research and education to doctors about the natural healthcare field and why they should incorporate complementary medicine (as provided by qualified CMA Members) into their practices.
The Council of Holistic Health Educators is a 501 (c)(4) nonprofit collective of holistic health schools, educators, practitioners, and stakeholder, united to protect and grow the right of the holistic health professionals, their students and practitioners. All IWM students or graduates are eligible for individualized complementary legal counseling and ongoing education. The council is also there to provide support to the student for any questions or concerns about the laws and policy.
